Web-Producer-Pro is a web-based application that enables software users to create forums (projects) through which they can learn, collaborate, and communicate with each other, and ultimately with the Web Producer Inc. engineers who create the software applications. This medium of communication enables iDonny engineers to communicate with users and other engineers. This not only enables them to get feedback on the quality and operation of iDonny products in the real-world environment, but it also provides a channel through which users can share information and get assistance on how to use iDonny software products.

Web-Producer-Pro facilitates the creation of independent forums each of which has a homepage, administration tools, code repository, and an open collaboration and messaging environment. Forums are created by request to the WPDN/Web-Producer-Pro administrator. On creation, the requestor turned Project Leader is responsible for the creation a homepage that serves as an introduction as well as the day-to-day management and maintenance of the forum. Visitors to any forum are potential members and a well maintained with an up to date homepage is vital.
